Yeldo SA (hereinafter 'Yeldo'), as owner of the website www.yeldo.com  (hereinafter 'Yeldo website'), collects personal data, in particular information that – directly or indirectly – allows the identification or in any case identifiability of a natural person.

The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter, "policy") is to describe what personal data is collected, the methods and purposes of processing, as well as the rights and security measures taken to protect them.

The following data will be processed whilst browsing the Yeldo website: browsing data, cookies and unique device identifiers for advertising purposes. Browsing data includes IP addresses, domain names of computers used by users accessing the Yeldo website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment.

These data are not collected to be associated with identified concerned parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

The computer data are stored within the European Union and specifically in the infrastructure made available by Amazon Web Services in the Frankfurt data centre.

Duration of storage

Personal data are kept for a period necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which they were collected, in compliance with the principle of minimization. In particular, if the collection takes place for the purpose of the performance of a contract, it is kept until the contract has been fully and completely performed. If the collection is made for the purpose of safeguarding Yeldo's legitimate interests or to fulfil a legal obligation, the data will be retained for the period necessary for such preservation or fulfilment. Exception is made for the case in which the user has consented to a more durable storage. After this period the data will be deleted.

Only in exceptional cases will the complete IP address be sent to a Google server and shortened in the United States.
