1. General stipulations
The aim of the information contained on the Yeldo web site is to showcase Yeldo as well as Yeldo products and services.
The information in question is not intended to constitute offers for the conclusion of a contract or calls for tender and does not constitute a recommendation to make an investment. The data and valuations contain values which are purely indicative and non-binding in nature.
Yeldo does not act as an investment consultant, nor as a manager or distributor of funds and, as such, does not give recommendations for making investments. The services Yeldo provides are to put potential buyers and investors in contact with real estate offers, and also property management.
2. Treatment of personal data
The treatment of personal data on the Yeldo web site complies with data protection standards. More information may be found in the relevant data protection provisions which form an integral part of the conditions of use for the Yeldo web site.
3. Obligations and conditions of registration
In order to be able to make use of the real-estate joint ownership services offered on the web site, the user must register, accepting the conditions of use and the data protection provision.
Natural persons over the age of 18 may register and use the web site, as may legal entities.
The transfer of registration rights to third parties is not permitted, nor is it permitted to allow third parties to use one’s account.
4. Intellectual property rights
Yeldo reserves all rights to the information and content published on the Yeldo web site.
Users are not authorised to reproduce or modify any information contained on the Yeldo web site. Individual pages and/or sections of the Yeldo web site may be printed out solely for personal use, as long as they are printed out along with all the relevant information in respect of copyright or other property rights.
It is forbidden to systematically access content on the Yeldo web site in order to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, a compilation, a database or to create links to the Yeldo web site without the agreement of Yeldo.
5. Acquisition by third parties
Ownership shares may only be purchased by users for the purposes of their own private investment. Purchasing with a view to reselling to third parties requires prior written consent from Yeldo.
For three years after having registered on Yeldo, users are forbidden to purchase real estate offered on the Yeldo platform by any other means than via the Yeldo portal.
Further information on the purchase or resale of real estate co-ownership shares vis-à-vis third parties is to be found in investment contracts relating to individual real estate investments.
6. No guarantee – exclusion of liability
The content of the Yeldo web site is provided without guarantees. Yeldo excludes any guarantee in respect of the information contained on the Yeldo web site.
Yeldo declines any liability on its part, or on the part of its directors, workers and agents vis-à-vis anyone in respect of any losses, liability, costs, claims, expenditure or damages or anything else, directly or indirectly, of a contractual or extra-contractual nature and including negligence, derived from or based on the use of the Yeldo web site or any of these web pages, even if Yeldo knew that a similar eventuality could have occurred.
7. Tax and fiscal aspects
The Yeldo web site does not provide precise information in regard to users’ fiscal obligations. Each user is responsible to fulfil their own fiscal obligations.
The Yeldo web site may contain indications in respect of future forecasts. These represent indications based on hypotheses and estimates which are considered appropriate today, but which, due to various factors of uncertainty, may differ, even significantly, from actual results.

9. Referral plan
The Yeldo referral plan allows users or investors to obtain a discount on future real estate investments made via Yeldo, by means of a system of recommendations.
In order to participate, the user or investor has to be registered on the Yeldo platform and identified by Yeldo as such.
The discount is the equivalent of CHF 500 for each investor who successfully qualifies, independent of the investment amount. The discount shall only be granted for the first investment made by the qualifying investor.
The referral plan does not apply to dependents, partners or shareholders of Yeldo.
10. Social bookmarks
The Yeldo web site contains social bookmarks which are identifiable by the relevant icons, allowing users of social media platforms to publish the link for a given page on the Yeldo web site. If you use social bookmarks, you will be sending identification data to the relevant social media platform chosen. Any comment or activity resulting from sharing via social bookmark is not controlled, approved or monitored by Yeldo and Yeldo shall not be responsible or liable in respect of such content. Those who share Yeldo messages via social bookmarks are not authorised to represent or speak on behalf of Yeldo.
Yeldo reserves the right to modify the general conditions of use and the disclosure on privacy at any time. The most recent version published on the internet shall apply via the user and Yeldo.
12. Jurisdiction and applicable legislation
Swiss law shall apply exclusively to all the present conditions of use. The place of jurisdiction is Lugano.
