Yeldo Networking Night 2025: An Evening of Dialogue and Perspectives on the Private Markets
On November 18, Spazio Gessi in Milan hosted the 2025 edition of the Yeldo Networking Night, the annual event that brings together Yeldo’s growing private investor network and leading real estate professionals around the company’s vision. The evening offered an exclusive opportunity to explore the dynamics of the private markets and the increasingly strategic role of private debt within the institutional investment landscape.
Moderating the event were Chiara Samorì, Head of Multimedia Contents and journalist at We Wealth, who guided the conversation among speakers and accompanied the audience through the various moments of the evening, and Antonio Borgonovo, CEO & Founder of Yeldo, acting as host.

The evening opened with a highly engaging exchange that revealed how the audience perceives Yeldo today. The responses converged around three core dimensions: a digital platform for alternative investments, a private investor network enabling institutional-grade opportunities, and an advisor bridging private and institutional capital, together reflecting the multifaceted identity Yeldo has built over time.
The core of the evening unfolded across two complementary panels.
The first panel, “Fireside Chat: Real Estate & Macro Economy,” brought together Giuseppe Amitrano, CEO and Founder at Dils, Antonio Borgonovo, CEO and Founder at YELDO and Lorenzo Belloni CIO at Yeldo Group. The conversation focused on current real estate and macroeconomic dynamics, examining shifting capital flows, the growing relevance of private debt as traditional bank financing becomes more selective, and the resilience of real estate fundamentals in key European markets. Speakers highlighted the importance of flexible and tailored financing solutions across different asset classes in an evolving investment landscape.

The second panel, “Investor Perspective: Strategies and Approaches in the Private Markets,” gave the stage to four profiles representing the diversity and excellence of Yeldo’s investor base.
Though the two panels explored different angles - macro-level market trends and micro-level investor strategies - they converged on a common theme: the need to further democratize access to an ecosystem traditionally reserved for institutional players, while maintaining rigorous quality and selection standards. Technology and private debt emerge as the key enablers of this vision.

A live demo of Yeldo’s digital platform, presented by Silvia Rezzonico, Head of Product, showcased the end-to-end process from signup to investment, both from the perspective of a private investor and that of an intermediary or wealth manager. This area is a central focus of our business, and we continue to enrich the platform with increasingly customized functionalities for different user types.
The demonstration reinforced one of the evening’s central messages: technology is not a limitation; when orchestrated effectively, it becomes a true enabler that greatly simplifies access to investment opportunities.

The evening concluded with a networking session, allowing participants to continue conversations, build professional connections, and engage directly with other members of the Yeldo community. For many investors, this opportunity for direct dialogue was one of the most appreciated aspects of the entire event.
As Chiara Samorì remarked in her closing comments, “If real estate remains a safe-haven asset, today it is also a laboratory of innovation, where technology and private capital are rewriting the rules of the game. And perhaps this is the true ‘new era’ of real estate.”
