Role summary
This position within the marketing team will allow you to collaborate on the creation and implementation of YELDO's marketing.
You will have the opportunity to join a group of smart people in a fast-paced environment where your talent can shine and your actions can have real impact on the company's performance from day 1.
You'll play a relevant role, joining as one of our first marketing team members and reporting directly to YELDO's Marketing Manager.
We are seeking a self-starter with experience in digital and social media marketing and a desire to work on consumer-oriented websites and cross-channel marketing.

Profile description
The perfect candidate is a Content Manager & Copywriter with an in-depth understanding of all the dynamics of digital communication and strong focus on investing and investment products.
Our day-to-day is challenging and fast-evolving, that's why we're looking for passion, motivation, creativity and a strong attitude to achieve goals: you'll be asked to identify and ideate unconventional solutions, be effective in problem-solving, be able to defend your strategic choices and be autonomous in your execution.

Main responsibilities
- Help define YELDO’s brand positioning and narrative
- Provide valuable content and insights to our prospects and current investors by developing and executing our Content Strategy focused on Real Estate investing
- Research and identify relevant topics for the creation and management of our editorial calendar
- Suggest and adapt innovative pieces of content that are strategic to meet YELDO business goals
- Collaborate on the development and creation of marketing materials, writing copy for the website, social media profiles, sales pitches, ensuring that brand guidelines are met
- Collaborate with other internal teams with copywriting needs (e.g. product, sales, HR) or external agencies to develop strategic marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance, Journalism or related field;
- Mandatory copywriting experience in any of the following: Financial Services, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Real Estate; Alternative Asset investing
- Strong understanding of the Investment Management industry, bonus points for working experiences in Real Estate Investments
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, knowledge of French and/or German is a plus;
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing and social media is a plus

- Location: Milan, Italy
- Training: a training budget will be available for your personal development useful for reaching your objectives and YELDO’s objectives.
- Contract: Full-time position with permanent contract.
- Salary range: RAL from € 25k to € 35k
