Amendola 4 update: On track with construction and ahead in sales
We’re pleased to share the latest progress on Amendola 4, a premium residential redevelopment project located in the heart of Turin, just 250 meters from Piazza San Carlo. Sponsored by Primula S.r.l., with over 25 years of experience in urban redevelopment, and ImmoGroup, a well-established real estate company active in Turin since 1982, the project is progressing according to plan and aims to deliver a high-quality residential offering in the city’s historic center.
Work on the Amendola 4 site is moving forward steadily. The initial phase, focused on strip-out and remediation activities, is currently underway and expected to be completed by the end of the year. All operations so far are progressing according to plan and in line with the project timeline.
Meanwhile, the next phase of construction is in preparation. The final technical plans are due for completion shortly, after which the broader redevelopment works will begin. Full-scale construction is scheduled to start in autumn 2025.
In the interest of efficiency, some structural interventions have already been carried out ahead of schedule. These include preliminary demolition and waterproofing activities, and were integrated into the early works phase following a positive review by the project committee. This step has allowed the team to get a head start on certain key tasks, helping to keep the project moving smoothly.
The response to Amendola 4 has been very positive, with over a third of the residential units already reserved. Early interest has been particularly strong in certain unit types, with many reservations supported by deposits.
As the project progresses, the demand for residences in such a sought-after location has continued to build, suggesting that availability may become more limited as work moves forward.
