  A CHF 7 million mezzanine bond to finance the luxury refurbishment of a residential property in Celerina, one of the most prestigious alpine locations in Europe. The asset includes 12 luxury apartments and 24 indoor parking spaces, with 9 units already reserved. The project is fully permitted with construction already begun in April 2025, and the bond offers a 7.5% annual return with quarterly distributions over a 24-month term.
